Paul advises suppliers and acquirers on a range of technology-related contracts and issues. He advises a number of global and UK-based software companies on the full range of their operational and transactional requirements, including advising on licensing and distribution channel models (including associated competition law issues and the application of agency law), and on copyright and other intellectual property rights issues. Paul also has extensive experience of technology and business process outsourcing contracts and of complex technology procurement contracts. Paul has also advised a number of clients (suppliers and acquirers) on financial services regulation in the context of outsourcing transactions. Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1998. He graduated with a degree in Law and French from the University of Kent in 1995 and gained a distinction in his Law Society finals in 1996. He joined the practice in October 2000 from Theodore Goddard. He became a partner at Kemp Little in March 2003.
